All products from This Old Love are not designed to be played with by children. They are decorative pieces and may break if not handled with care.
Our products are custom made to order. For this reason we do not refund or exchange due to a customer changing their mind.
This Old Love will gladly arrange a replacement due to a fault by us such as incorrect design or spelling. When an item is faulty due to a wrong selection made by the customer, the onus will be on them to purchase a replacement.
If an item arrives damaged please take photos of packaging and item, then email us pictures so we can organise a replacement and make a claim with Australia Post. Please do not throw away packaging or items unless we advise you to do so.

Being a natural material each piece of wood is subject to variances from piece to piece, and any variation that may exist in either colour or grain is normal. These natural variations contribute to the beauty of your keepsake, as no two pieces will ever be the same

This Old Love is not responsible for delays due to postage. All orders are sent via courier or Australia Post unless otherwise specified. Delivery times are determined by their schedules.
Cancellations and AmendmentsDue to the custom nature of our products This Old Love is unable to accept cancellations or amendments to orders unless there are extenuating circumstances. If your order or items are not yet designed or cut there will be $5 administration fee. If your order or items have been designed but not yet cut there will be a fee of 50% of your order value. If your order or items have been designed and cut unfortunately cancellation is not possible.
